What is Frank?

Frank is an embedded legal counsel service for growing companies in Norway. Instead of hiring a full legal team or hoping a generic AI tool gets the details right, clients get direct access to experienced legal advisors, supported by AI for the routine work.

Frank was founded by Advokatfirmaet Molteberg Nilsen and venture studio Skeil, following Norway's 2025 deregulation of legal advisory services, and covers employment, contract, privacy and compliance, and corporate law.
